Just a note to say how pleased I am with the way my estate sale went last month. In a business area with which I am entirely unfamiliar, everything happened on time and as you predicted. That was very reassuring to me. You and your staff were very, very good at pricing the great myriad of items so that they sold. The receipts were greater than I expected. The cleaning of and layout in the house put items at their best advantage. The staff was calm, polite, and professional and willing to 'work things out' with buyers. I thought that your advertising efforts were excellent, both in print and to your large e-mailing list. Under trying circumstances for me, you and your people could not have treated me with more understanding and even compassion. Thanks again.
